Project Management – Project Engineer (EIT) – Superintendent

– Pre-Construction Management: Typical consultation work includes project management/facilitation, pre-construction management and scheduling, drafting/design, design team coordination, cost estimation, bid oversite, proposal and specification review reporting, RFP coordination, RFQ coordination, and technical redlining.
– Construction Management: Typical consultation work includes project management and oversight, owner’s representation, supervision (superintendent) and scheduling, site and building layouts, onsite inspection coordination and reporting (project engineering), vendor and material technical procurement, financial oversite/budgeting, and work/jobsite safety.
